With over ten years of leadership experience, Celeste brings a proven track record in human resources and organizational leadership. Her expertise will be key in fostering an engaged workforce and aligning HR strategies with our company vision and goals.

In her previous roles, Celeste has led large teams of HR professionals, overseeing recruitment, retention, and workforce development for organizations with thousands of employees. In addition, she has integrated new facilities and divisions, ensuring seamless transitions and operational excellence. Her work has resulted in accolades such as Modern Healthcare’s Best Place to Work and Forbes’ Best Employer recognition for her organizations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Celeste is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Her community service efforts include:

-Serving on the State of Missouri Workforce Development Board (Gubernatorial Appointment), where she was promoted to the Executive Committee.

-Chairing the HOPE Foundation Board of Directors and serving as Vice Chair of the GO CAPS Board of Directors.

-Contributing as a board member for the Leadership Springfield Board of Directors and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce Network Leadership      Council.

-Advising the Glendale Health Science Academy and the OTC Center for Workforce Development Advisory Committee.
