Since joining Citadel in October 2024, Kasie has demonstrated exceptional leadership by inspiring teams and fostering a collaborative environment where individuals thrive. Her strategic vision, strong cross-functional partnerships, and dedication to execution have made a profound impact. Kasie has played a pivotal role in advancing our cabin and interiors programs, championing improvement initiatives, and driving transformative change that not only enhances business performance but also empowers her team to excel.

In her new role, Kasie will set the strategic direction and lead execution of all aircraft cabin interior initiatives for Citadel, overseeing Cabin Design, Engineering, Cabin Systems & Connectivity, Project Management, and Interior Partner Development & Performance. She will drive strategy, governance, and KPI accountability across the cabin programs.

Prior to Citadel, Kasie built an impressive 22-year career at Gulfstream Aerospace, where she led global sales and operations teams and earned a reputation for operational excellence and people-focused leadership. She holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management/Engineering, and certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
