I am proud to share some exciting news with our customers, partners, and the communities we serve: Michelle Savoy has been promoted to Vice President of Brand & Market Strategy at Citadel Aviation Group, effective immediately.

If you have worked with Citadel over the past several years, whether at a tradeshow, in our hangars, or anywhere our team has put down footsteps across the industry, chances are you have already experienced Michelle’s wonderful work. She joined Citadel in 2018 as Director of Marketing and has since become the architect of how our company shows up in the world. From sharpening our brand to deepening our customer relationships and leading our presence at industry events, Michelle has built something we are deeply proud of.

In her expanded role, Michelle will lead Citadel’s brand identity and market positioning, customer experience strategy, employer branding and corporate communications, community relations, and our continued presence at the industry events that matter most. She will continue to serve as a key member of our executive leadership team, reporting directly to me.

What sets Michelle apart is not only what she has built, but how she has built it. She leads with respect for everyone she works with, trust earned through consistent follow-through, and a deeply collaborative approach to every project. These are the values that define Citadel, and Michelle embodies them every single day.
