Scope of Services

Citadel Completions provides V/VVIP aircraft interior completions, maintenance, and engineering services. All work is performed at our facility at Chennault International Airport (CWF). The specific scope of work, including design specifications, material procurement, and labor hours, shall be governed by an individual Work Order or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Facility Access and Security

Due to the high-security nature of our 260,000 sq. ft. hangar and the V/VVIP status of the aircraft we house, access to the facility is strictly controlled. Clients and their representatives must provide advance notice for site visits and comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Citadel-specific security protocols.

Change Orders and Delays

Given the complex craftsmanship involved in V/VVIP completions, any modifications to the original design or scope of work requested by the client must be documented in a written Change Order.

  • Timeline Impact: Change orders may result in adjustments to the delivery schedule.

  • Excusable Delays: Citadel is not liable for delays caused by global supply chain disruptions, late delivery of owner-furnished equipment (OFE), or regulatory certification delays by aviation authorities.

Quality Standards and Warranty

In keeping with the vision of our founders, Citadel guarantees superior craftsmanship and adherence to all FAA/EASA regulatory standards. We provide a limited warranty on labor and installation for a specified period following the aircraft’s Return to Service (RTS). Manufacturer warranties for third-party components (avionics, upholstery materials, etc.) will be passed through to the client.

Insurance and Liability

While an aircraft is in the care, custody, and control of Citadel Completions:

  • Hangar Keepers Liability: Citadel maintains industry-standard insurance coverage for the aircraft while it is at our facility.

  • Client Responsibility: The aircraft owner is responsible for maintaining Hull and Liability insurance throughout the duration of the project. Citadel’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not extend to loss of use or indirect consequential damages.

Payment Terms and Liens

A deposit is required to secure hangar space and initiate the procurement of materials. Progress payments are billed monthly or upon reaching specific project milestones. Citadel Completions reserves the right to exercise a mechanic’s lien or possessory lien on the aircraft as permitted by Louisiana law in the event of non-payment for services rendered.
